Bilingual Warehouse Associate (English/Spanish)

Job Summary:
As a Bilingual Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing orders for walk-in customers, receiving, storing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Spanish (verbal) is required to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers.
Important: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a previous job role is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders for walk-in customers using our iPad Point of Sale (POS) software.
- Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments in an organized manner.
- Pick, cut, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers in both English and Spanish.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Spanish (verbal) is required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a previous job role (any industry).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
