Wood Fired Pizza

Busy waterfront restaurant in Moss Landing is looking for the right person to be our main Wood Fired Pizza cook 3 - 4 days per week to start.

Will collaborate with our Chef on recipes and coordinating time in the kitchen

We are seeking someone who is experienced with the wood fired pizza process, including starting the fire, keeping it going;

preparing the dough; and cooking the pizzas.

We will start with 3 days per week, 9:30-6:30, with a 1 hour, unpaid lunch, and 2, 10 minute breaks.

Pay to start at $22.00 per hour plus tips.
