Building Maintenance Tech

Minimum 5 years experience with property management. Some on call and alternate weekends. Contractor supervision and oversight, minor electrical, plumbing, commercial door repairs, lighting, fire suppression, hvac, light janitorial, in unit service repairs, handyman, painting and drywall repair.
