Marine Construction Frame Crew Member

Hawley Construction is looking for 2 hard-working individuals to join our Framing Crew!

This full-time Monday-Friday (40-46 hours/week) position entails constructing the framework for all docks, installing pilings, x-braces, gull wings, headers, stringers etc.

We are a family owned and operated local marine contractor in Lee County that has been in business for the past 25 years serving our customers in SWFL. We are looking for people that want to grow in this career as we expand our company to meet the demand for our industry.

Outdoor construction experience is preferred; however we are willing to train the right person who is willing and capable of learning.

Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred, at a minimum the ability to understand and to make yourself understood to all Spanish speaking individuals.

You must have your own transportation to and from the office, know how to use power tools safely and effectively, be able to swim, not be afraid to get into the water, and have your own hammer, measuring tape, square, and pouch. All other equipment will be provided.
