Line / Prep Cook
Join our Ohana! We are expanding our restaurant and seeking a passionate, experienced Line/Prep Cook.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Assist in food preparation
Must be familiar with all menu items
Maintains quality of food products and ensures consistency in food preparation, storage and standards
Provide quality food product that ensures guest satisfaction
Excellent Teamwork
General cleaning duties and willingness to assist the chef in any area needed
Qualifications:
Sauté, Grill, and/or Pantry Cook experience preferred and/or experience with general kitchen duties of at least 1-3 years. Fine Dining experience is a plus.
Be familiar with contemporary culinary techniques.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, lifting, and manipulating moderately heavy objects such as steam tables, food processors, and ovens.
Frequent washing of hands and maintenance of cleanliness and neatness.
Be presentable and have good hygiene.
Food Safe Certified is preferred but could be provided.
