Repossession Agent

We are a growing Repossession Agency looking for a Repossession Agent.

We are seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals. The harder you work, the more you earn.

In this role, you will drive a company vehicle to locate and physically repossess vehicles, interacting with recovery agents and customers along the way. We are willing to train the right candidate but prefer someone with an E or EE license or relevant experience.

We seek an agent with strong communication skills, and comfortable speaking to strangers respectfully. They should practice active listening, understand others' points, ask relevant questions, avoid unnecessary interruptions, and gather information effectively. We want to speak with you if you have hands-on experience, maintain a positive attitude, and desire to grow your professional skills.

Qualified Applicants must:

MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD due to insurance purposes

MUST HAVE TOW TRUCK EXPERIENCE

Clean driving record. No reckless driving or DUI offenses.

Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Be able to identify all types of vehicles.

Prior repossession experience is preferred but will train select applicants.
