Inside Sales Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Inside Sales representative. This role requires strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.

Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.

Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other communication tools.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.

Familiarity with Social Media Postings on Marketing platforms such as Ebay, Amazon etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18 - $25.00 per hour Plus bonuses

Benefits such as Health Insurance after 6 months if applicable.
