Overnight Dispatcher

Seeking an assertive candidate with strong customer service and communication skills to dispatch drivers for Brewer's and Sakstrup's Towing companies in Ann Arbor.

Experience is not needed!

Knowledge of the Ann Arbor area is required.

We offer a great in-house, paid training program.

We are looking for someone who is interested in working Friday and Saturday overnight (hours of 11pm-7am or longer if desired). If interested in full-time, additional shifts may be available.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and doing multiple tasks at once. No two days are alike at this job some days are hectic and other days are slow.

Duties include:

Answering phones

Entering calls in the computer

Monitoring the GPS locations of trucks

Dispatching calls

Assisting tow truck drivers with credit card payments, directions and paperwork

Releasing vehicles from lots

Maintaining a clean office space

Our Dispatchers work out of our safe and secure Sakstrup's facility at 5600 S. State Rd. Opportunity to work in Vehicle Release at Brewer's as well, located at 1763 Plymouth Road. Reliability and punctuality are required.
