We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Manager to join our team. This isn't a just a desk job- were

looking for some one who thrives in a collaborative environment, seamlessly connects with tenants, vendors and

team members and takes pride in maintaining beautiful, well managed properties.

You will be the link between our centralized property management team and the day to day operations of our

properties.

Fostering tenant retention, and preserving asset value through strategic management, cultivate strong

relationships, address concerns, and drive initiatives that enhance community satisfaction and operational

efficiency.

The Property Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations with a focus on resident satisfaction and tenant retention.

Manage seamless move-ins and move-outs, ensuring lease adherence and smooth transitions.

Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure prompt issue resolution for residents.

Cultivate a customer-focused environment, promoting effective communication between residents and

staff.

Lead, manage, and train on-site teams to optimize performance and productivity.

Implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct property inspections, ensuring adherence to aesthetic and maintenance standards.

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

Collaborate with the management team on budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting to meet

revenue targets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Property Management, or a related field- (Nice to have, not required)

2+ years of experience in multifamily property management or a similar industry. (Must have)

Proven track record in managing tenant relations and improving retention rates.

Strong proficiency in property management software Yardi or similar program (Nice to have)

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Skills & Expertise

Tenant Retention: Build and nurture relationships with residents to foster a positive living environment and

implement effective retention strategies.

Asset Management: Focus on enhancing the value of properties through efficient operations and strategic

decision-making.

Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of service to ensure resident satisfaction and community

harmony.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide on-site teams, driving performance and ensuring operational

excellence.

Exposure and Environment

Travel: light traveling between various property locations potentially across multiple cities or regions

Outdoor and Indoor Work Conditions: Visiting properties under varying weather conditions including

exposure to heat, cold, rain and other elements during site inspection

Maintenance Environments: Walk through active construction sites or maintenance areas with potential

exposure to dust noise or uneven surfaces

Client, Vendor and Tenant Interactions: Engaging with diverse stake holders, including property

owners, tenants contractors and community members, both verbal and written.

Flexible Workspace: Splitting time between onsite property management, local offices and onsite-work

set ups as needed.
