Electronics Technician
Job Title: Electronics and PCB Prototyping TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Electronics and PCB Prototyping Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in building and testing new products, working from PCB blueprints and schematics, setting up prototypes for performance testing, and incorporating wire harnesses. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and performance of our electronic components.Responsibilities
Build and test new electronic products and PCBs.
Work from PCB blueprints and schematics to create prototypes.
Set up prototypes for performance testing.
Incorporate wire harnesses into prototypes.
Prepare and test electronic components.
Perform soldering and crimping tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in electronics and PCB testing.
Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and other electronic testing equipment.
Skilled in PCB soldering and surface-mount technology (SMT).
Ability to work with wire harnesses.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
Experience with significant PCB testing.
Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a lab setting with a mix of sitting and standing for long periods. The team consists of about 50 members, fostering a great culture and teamwork. The work schedule follows a 980 plan, allowing every other Friday off.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
