Customer Service Rep & Receptionist Wanted - Insurance Office
Located in Encino, CA
Looking for a full time insurance personnel to assist a busy insurance office in both personal/commercial lines customer service and assist with answering the phones. Must have the ability to demonstrate great customer service and have strong computer skills. Have some knowledge of management systems and the ability to be a quick learner are desirable. Also need the ability to multi task.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of office/clerical work,.
Strong computer skills and proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel. Bilingual in Spanish a plus Energetic Computer Literate A Quick learner Great Communication skills Familiar with Agency management software
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, willingness in learning to quote insurance policies, communicate with commercial/personal clients and navigate their insurance policy information and identity opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell based on client needs, provide expert professional support to our agents as they continue to grow their business Market accounts to carriers for quotes, coverage, and renewals Prepare Certificates of Insurance Update policies by endorsement - Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly
Hours: 9:00-5:00 Mon - Friday
Compensation: Hourly + Bonuses - room for growth, Paid time off, paid holidays + Paid training
