Part-Time Office Admin/Assistant - In-Person (Palo Alto, CA)

We are looking for a part-time Office Admin/Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support for our Engineering Firm. 

The Position will be located in our Palo Alto Office.

The Office Admin/Assistant’s responsibilities will include filing, scanning documents, invoicing and working on Marketing Materials. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, have great time management skills, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Part-time position - pay range is $22-$25/hour. Hours are Monday-Thursday 10 am – 2 pm.

Must be located within commuting distance of Palo Alto, CA.

Work experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist

Software knowledge - Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, etc. (Power Point and Visio is a plus) , Indesign (Marketing Software) and Quickbooks

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Discretion and confidentiality 

High School diploma
