Customer Service / Hospitality Skills, Demeanor & Appropriate Appearance.

Front Desk / Night Audit Duties includes: checking guests in and out, working as a team player, answering telephone calls, making room reservations, assisting with guest issues & needs, Running Reports Data Entry.

Basic computer skills are required for this position. Knowledge of the area is beneficial.

Candidates should possess the ability to work independently & multitask, while offering exceptional customer service.

Some weekends and holidays will be required as the hotel is a 24 / 7 / 365 business.

Maintenace Duties vary from general up keep of property, assisting guests, minor repairs.
