The pay is $20.00 to $23.00 an hour depending on experience. There is an interview with client.

You will need to send a resume.

There is holiday and vacation pay. There is not insurance.

You will need a license, car, background check, and drug test.

You will need experience at an apartment complex working with issues such as wiring, plumbing for sinks and toilets, fixing doors

and locks, taking out trash sometimes.
