- Handles all incoming calls and emails to the land management hotlines.
- Point of contact for developers, lawyers, site manager, and asset managers for payment discrepancy issues.
- Possesses excellent customer service and phone skills as well as time management, organizational, communication, multitasking and teamwork skills.
- Works collaboratively with the entire land management department.
- Exhibits and manages excellent turn-around time in order to ensure timely authorizations and follow-up communications.
- Candidate should be highly-organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Consistently works in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow team members.
- Demonstrates flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems necessary.
- Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
- Use of MS Excel, Sharepoint, and SAP.
- Other duties as assigned.
