A Snapshot of Your DayThe Winston Service Center Airfoil area has an opening for a proactive self-starter that can provide exceptional customer service and collaboration within the organization for an established business at the center. In this role you will primarily be communicating with external and internal customers and actively connect with them to provide status and address any concerns. Provide customer service, guidance, and standard support for products and/or programs.How You’ll Make an Impact

Supports the coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs

Work closely with plant supervision and scheduling to help prioritize orders

Create/provide reports on customer centered metrics to upper management

Use the “Voice of the Customer” process to ensure success

May perform other duties or work on other projects as needed to support the business or at the discretion of leadership

What You Bring

High school diploma (or equivalent) is required. BS/BA in related discipline (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience

2 + years of successful experience in a Customer Service role and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented

Demonstrates a basic knowledge of professional principles and skills

Candidates must have very good grasp of Microsoft office programs

Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills
