Technical Operations Support Specialist

We currently have an exciting 12 month Parental Leave Cover opportunity available for a Technical Operations Support Specialist to join our professional technical support team based in East Tamaki.In this role, you will:Continuously improve processes, technology, and third-party management to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Optimize technical support processes within Salesforce and SAP to enhance efficiency.Streamline Field Services operations to deliver excellent customer experience at minimal cost.Manage data infrastructure, governance, and quality reporting for customers and the Professional organization.Oversee reporting on operational technical activities, including third-party providers.Develop and manage a network of third-party providers to enhance organizational flexibility and efficiency.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers in coordination with the Supply Chain team.Enhance Salesforce efficiency and drive system improvements.Improve business communication processes to ensure accurate data, stock control, and machine park validation.
