What You'll DoWe’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Retirement and Income Solutions (RIS) Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you’ll support the financial analysis and capital management for a diverse group of businesses within RIS! We’re looking for someone who will:
Conduct cause-and-effect analysis to identify key drivers of results and uncover root causes of variances.
Provide analytical support ensuring effective management and allocation of capital. Evaluate actuals and forecast and the key drivers of variances, review capital allocation by product, and assess levers and sensitivities to free capital flow conversion.
Work collaboratively with other teams across the department and the Enterprise to deliver on our strategic and financial initiatives.
Support the delivery of timely financial results and forecasts, perform in depth analysis offering insights of drivers to key performance metrics.

Bachelor's degree in finance, math, actuarial science, or related field with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
Self motivated with excellent problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills required
Demonstrates the ability to embrace and understand the change process, and effectively guides others through change
Knowledge of spreadsheet and database or similar PC software packages, or the ability to learn is preferred
Aptitude in programming languages is preferred
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
Advanced proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Experience with Essbase/Smartview, ALFA, SAS
General knowledge of gaap and statutory accounting including income statement and balance sheet
Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
