Receptionist w/Acctg Admin
Ampra's is a temp service located in Cameron Park. This position is located in El Dorado Hills.
Admin for CPA, a very busy tax office: Greeting clients, excellent customer service skills, scheduling appointments, organizing/copying and filing of office and client documents (i.e, tax returns). Use of typical office equipment; scanning, faxing.
Must be proficient with MS Word and Excel.
Exposure to and use of tax return preparation software is a big plus.
TEMPORARY ADMIN TO FILL IN FOR MATERNITY LVE - POSITION LOCATED IN ELDORADO HILLS:
HOURS: MID FEB TIL MID MARCH, FLEX 2.5 DAYS/WK OR 4 HRS A DAY M-F FOR TRAINING;
8 HRS/DAY MID-MAR TIL APR 15 MON-FRI 9-5;
AFTER APR 15, MON-THUR 9-5. CLOSED FRIDAYS AFTER TAX SEASON.
