Searching for contract attorneys with employment law experience

Seeking attorneys with significant litigation experience (intimate understanding of civil litigation), specifically with employment law knowledge, on a per-project basis/part-time hours.

Office is in Berkeley, but work could largely be handled remotely. Ideal for someone that has their own practice and wants more work.

This is for our new firm which specializes in Plaintiff’s employment claims (e.g. labor code violations, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, harassment, discrimination, etc.).

Ideal candidates have substantive experience in employment law, are very strong writers and researchers with significant litigation experience, and have an eye for detail and quality.

$75-110/hour depending on experience.

Applicants must be willing to work on all litigation-related tasks, including drafting demand letters, strategizing about and propounding/responding to discovery, handling discovery disputes and meet and confers, and preparing motions to compel and other motions. Opposing various defense motions. Appearing at hearings, etc.
