Part-Time Dental Hygienist

We are a thriving general dentistry practice in South San Francisco looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to work in a supportive and state-of-the-art environment.

Position Details:

Days: 1 Day a week (either Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays ideally - but we are flexible and could work something out if you are only available Thursdays)

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM - seeing 7 patients per day. Note: you are given 2 hours if needed for 2 quads of SRP

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Our practice uses the latest dental technology, including CBCT, Cerec, and 3D printing. We are committed to providing our patients with the highest standard of care, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction with every visit.

Responsibilities:

Conduct dental cleanings and prophylaxis

Perform periodontal treatments and maintenance

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care

Take digital X-rays, including CBCT, taking intraoral photos

Scanning with intraoral digital scanner

Assist with patient charting and record-keeping

Requirements:

Valid California RDH license

Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and patient care skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
