DISPATCH/CLERICAL/GENERAL OFFICE

A large family-owned towing company, is seeking a dispatcher for general office duties. This role requires working 10-12 hour shifts, 5 days a week, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and log all calls to dispatch to drivers

Dispatch calls to drivers based on priority status

Provide excellent customer service

Solve problems and think critically

Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Perform typing, filing, and other office tasks

Utilize computers and Microsoft Office programs effectively

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment

Experience with dispatching in a towing company is preferred but not required
