Job Description
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business for Rockwood. This role focuses on door-to-door sales to engage potential customers, educate them on our services, and schedule appointments for in-home consultations.
Responsibilities:
Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to introduce Rockwood’s flooring services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of Rockwood’s products and services.
Schedule in-home appointments for our sales and design consultants.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and appointment goals.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.
Track daily activity and maintain accurate records of leads and appointments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
Ability to learn about our products and confidently explain them to potential customers.
