we are looking for an Organized Office Assistant

Full Time office Duties Include:

1. Coordinating orders with sales people and logistics

2. Basic Quickbooks data entry.

3. Communications. Write professional emails to customers.

4. Overseeing customer service personal

5. Be involved in inventory system to track company products.

7. E-commerce & light order processing

Requirements:

● Must have 3+ years experience as an Office Manager or similar position

● Knowledge of Words, Excel & Google Sheets

● Ability to work on-site in Wilshire Blvd office in Miracle Mile.
