Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts, create and distribute communications about new products and services and drive new business opportunities from existing customers. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication and customer service skills, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor. A successful Customer Relationship Manager will work closely with our sales team to achieve business objectives while keeping customers satisfied and engaged with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer accounts.

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.

Forecast and track key account metrics.

Prepare reports on account status and progress.

Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

Requirements:

Experience in the healthcare field a plus.

Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Key Account Manager

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Excellent listening and presentation abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

2 Years working in office setting

High School diploma or equivalent

Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Works well independently and with a team

Office Experience: Telephone Skills, Computer Literate, Typing, Verbal Communications, Written Communications, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills.

Job Type: Full Time in office

Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience including commissions and bonuses.
