EXPERIENCED PREP COOKS WANTED FOR STEAKHOUSE

Moe's Steakhouse is looking for qualified individuals with the following skills:

Prep Cook: Prioritize and follow prep list that changes daily, communicate with chef on timelines of projects and product needs. Prepare foods by washing/chopping vegetables, cutting meats ect. Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, all while complying with safety and sanitization guidelines. Availability, 7am-3:30pm, Sunday availability required.

Must follow instruction and prioritize various task

Attention to detail and sanitation

Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel

Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).

Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
