Flex days, hours. Basically around your schedule:)

We manage multiple homes. Always doing maintenance, repairs , remodels and upgrades.

Busier when change of tenants.

Must have:

transportation

Possibly tools

Preferably live close by in Naples

All trades in and outside.

From cleaning to yard work, all trades.

Tile, sheetrock, a.c.,windows, plumbing, Water Systems, drainage fields, removing cabbage palms, clearing and trimming trees, front entrances, cement, framing, install fans, repair appliances, framing, gutters

Exterior lightning, yard work and just a helper
