PROJECT SALES CONSULTANT (WINDOWS + DOORS)
HH Windows & Doors is hiring a full time Project Sales Consultant to drive Window and Door business to our operations in the PNW
WHO ARE YOU?
In your role as HH’s new Project Sales Consultant you’ll use your experience and/or training in the context of our niche—the supply, installation (and/or replacement) and service of custom, high-end windows and doors. Under new ownership in the past 3 years, HH has been manufacturing, fabricating and distributing high end/custom window and door solutions throughout the USA for 30+ years.
As a competitive candidate, you’re a sharp communicator who is organized, thorough, and has experience in sales specifically related (but not limited to) windows, doors and building materials. You’re a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who wants to grow professionally and be part of a great team. You demonstrate the ability to connect with people, sell value, bring in results and build long term relationships.
From our manufacturing shop in Seattle, WA, you’ll be mentored by a senior leadership/ownership group as you support our business admin(Pillar 1), project management/operations (Pillar 2), sales/business development (Pillar 3)functions. You’ll have the opportunity to work for a company that is growing exponentially with unlimited opportunity.
HH presently executes it's product offerings for residential and commercial projects in Washington State but we are looking to expand our geographical reach to other regions of the USA.
Tactical Responsibilities Pillar 3 (Project Sales Consultant):
Generates organic leads by finding and cultivating relationships.
Interfaces daily with builders, contractors, architects, property managers and/or homeowners to drive business (relative to the division channels) and create residual revenue streams.
Makes sales appointments with architects, builders and homeowners.
Drive product/installation sales and knowledge.
Build estimates with project team and deliver proposals to customers and follow up in accordance with established ‘follow-up process’.
Builds and executes monthly sales plans and targets subject to division revenue budget
Executes monthly marketing/advertising plans as set out by the Director Business Development
Closes Sales and Sign Contracts
Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures.
Collaborates with other staff within the company to drive corporate success.
Follows up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product and experience.
Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales.
Discovers how to position products and services specific to assigned division.
Works with our Business Development Director to develop new sales strategies.
Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies.
Adeptly engage with residential/commercial architectural, designer, construction and building materials community
Cultivate relationships with construction and window/door manufacturing community.
Attend industry events to promote HH interests and brands.
Refined in CRM systems and daily management and reporting is spot on
Assist in coordination, project management, logistics and scheduling of projects.
Assist in installation and service execution when required.

$90-100K base salary (DOE) with favorable commission and bonus structure (dependent on experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for our Project Sales Consultant position, you must have min 5 years sales experience, formal training in construction and windows and Relevant window/fenestration experience is a MUST; otherwise candidates will be disqualified.

-Extroverted - can pass the "Beer and BBQ test"
-Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline.
-Practical skills pertaining to construction and the window/door industry
-Demonstrates project and budget management skills
-Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
-Ability to set sales targets with management and execute on them-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
-Proficiency in computer software, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), and CRM systems
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and/or marketing an asset
-5-10 years sales experience in construction and/or window and door industry
