Maintenance at a yacht club!

Coronado Cays Yacht Club is currently interviewing for a Part Time Housekeeping/Maintenance. Approx. 30hrs

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

Washing docks

Performs general housekeeping duties in clubhouse, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces.

Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.

Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition

At times employee will need to assist in the set-up and clean-up of member/catered events.

Applicant must be able to lift 25lbs multiple times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least one year previous housekeeper experience in a hotel, motel, retirement community, or other similar establishment.

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively with Members, and performs simple arithmetic.

Prior maintenance knowledge a plus.
