Exceptional Event Design & Management Company seeking Team Player
Office Tasks include:
Working very closely with a small dedicated- fast-paced team on multiple projects
Managing all components of one event, and/or coordinating to support team members
Working with clients to fulfill varying and changing requirements
Working with various government permitting agencies
Working/ Communicating with vendors/ exhibitors by phone and email
Data management for applications, payments, and permitting. Maintaining meticulous files on vendor information, payments, and equipment details
Attending board and committee meetings, taking notes, incorporating new information
Helping develop documents for new events, updating existing documents
Managing phone calls, messages
In the Field:
Work with operations crew on event layout
Vendor coordination for load-in and load-out
Onsite problem solving
Coordinate with client/ sponsor components
Required Skills:
Excellent written & verbal skills
Project development and completion skills
Proficiency in use of software on Mac Platform:
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) Apple Mail, Dropbox,
Constant Contact, social media software and apps

Should live in Marin County or a short commute to Mill Valley
This is a Part-Time Position, 8 to 12 hours per week, depending on the season, with growth opportunities for the right person.
