About Us

We’re an upscale salon in the Boystown/Northalsted area that has served the community for nearly 20 years. We’re renovating part of the salon to welcome more female clientele—especially color services—while continuing to cater to a diverse and loyal client base. Currently, we have 8 stylists and are looking for 2 more who have some existing clientele and are eager to grow with us.

What We Offer

- Competitive Commission (W2)

- Flexible Scheduling (Salon hours: 10 AM–10 PM, build the schedule your clientele needs)

Full-Time (36+ hrs/week):

- PTO: 13–18.25 days/year (no cap, unlimited rollover)

- Health Stipend: Up to $300/month

- Equipment Stipend: $300 semi-annually

Part-Time (24–35 hrs/week):

- PTO: 9–14.25 days/year (no cap, unlimited rollover)

- Health Stipend: Up to $200/month

- Equipment Stipend: $100 semi-annually

- Flexible Time Off: Unpaid time off as needed, as long as guests are taken care of. We won't deny days off, but may ask you to pick up a shift if many guests need rescheduling.

- No Forced Waiting: If you're not booked, you can come in later or leave earlier. Our break area has a 60" TV, free popcorn, and granola bars.

- Supportive Team: Front-desk staff handle scheduling and payments, but everyone helps maintain a clean, smooth-running salon.

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed Cosmetologist or Barber in Illinois (current IL license required).

Existing Clientele: Flexible on experience, but must have a following.

Team Player: Uphold cleanliness and service standards with a positive attitude.

Growth-Oriented: Eager to expand your skill set and clientele via ongoing education.

- Salon Provides back-bar products (Aveda, Davines, Euphora, EVO, Gage) and equipment stipends.
