Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses.

- Evaluate systems and make recommendations for optimal performance.

- Follow safety protocols and comply with all regulations while on the job.

- Interact with customers to explain service options and provide excellent service.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as an HVAC Installation Lead minimum two years

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

- EPA Certification is a plus.

- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
