Foreman Responsibilities:

Manage on-site painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Supervise and coordinate a team of painters.

Maintain safety and quality standards on the job site.

Communicate with clients and report progress to management.

Commercial Painter Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and priming.

Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to various surfaces.

Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment.

Ensure professional and clean workmanship on every project.

Requirements:

For Foreman:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in painting or construction.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans.

For Commercial Painters:

At least 2 years of commercial painting experience.

Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials.

Must have a reliable means of transportation.
