Villa Haven is seeking a dynamic and experienced Garden & Landscaping Manager to lead our landscaping team and enhance the aesthetic appeal of our property.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain the gardens and landscaped areas of Villa Haven, ensuring they are visually appealing and healthy.Oversee all landscaping projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and maintenance.Manage the landscaping team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the island, including roads and beaches, ensuring an attractive environment for guests and staff.Assist with the loading and unloading of resort supplies, ensuring efficient operations and organization.Collaborate with other departments to align landscaping projects with Villa Haven’s overall vision and strategy.Implement sustainable landscaping practices, promoting environmental stewardship.Schedule regular maintenance and inspections of gardens and outdoor spaces to ensure they remain in top condition.Develop and manage budgets for landscaping projects and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in garden design and landscaping.
