Inside Sales / CSR - IN Person position
job title: Office Admin/ Coordinator
Responsibilities include:
Directly assisting executives
Answer, and direct phone calls.
Support to sales team and accounting team. Billing support.
Perform a variety of administrative duties. Heavy use of Excel required.
Receive all incoming mail and distribute to the appropriate
employees.
Organize and maintain office supplies
Manages the schedule and business trips for the President.
Support the CEO with projects and tasks as need.
Assist staff in a timely manner with spreadsheets, mailing
and other administrative tasks as needed.
Books appointments and business-related travel expenses.
Responsible for filing business related documents
Handling issues and updates related to technology and office
equipment/ support the IT staff
Inventory office supplies and provide a list of items as needed.
Support the Logistics sales and accounting needs/ system
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong Customer Service Skills
Poven success in office administration
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent
organizational skills.
The role requires that you are highly organized, can juggle many tasks
at once, are not easily overwhelmed, and are comfortable interfacing
with all staff. AA degree preferred.
Hours would be Monday – Friday
