Help me! Personal bookkeeping as well as help standing up a sub S corporation

1) Creating order from chaos in my personal finances (I have a couple of checking accounts (one business) and a couple of credit card accounts (one business) that I'm challenged to keep up with. All are tied to Quicken, but I'm not able to keep them reconciled and in the proper tax buckets, much less check to make sure I'm not being doubled billed, or billed for subscriptions I no longer need. I'm looking for someone to bring order to this chaos, mostly remotely. Someone who loves to cross eyes, and dot tees, and does it quickly and easily.

2) My personal business is quickly growing and I"m going to be standing up a Sub-S corporation, with the help of an accountant, and soon will need someone to work with her, keeping the paperwork up to date, keeping tax records current, generating the occasional invoice, or 1099, making sure all is copacetic. You don't need an accounting degree, but have experience in this world, love this kind of thing, have a natural ability for it, and are looking to grow into this role, and grow as the company grows. The sky may be the limit, with you growing into an office/business manager role as we succeed.
