We are searching for enthusiastic and guest-oriented servers to share our passion for exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests warmly and professionally, conveying the historical significance of the location.

Present menus with extensive knowledge of our fresh seafood dishes, daily specials, and extensive wine and beverage options.

Take food and beverage orders accurately, including noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Offer personalized recommendations and pairings based on guest preferences, highlighting unique ingredients and dishes.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring proper table settings and prompt service.

Efficiently deliver food and beverages while maintaining a positive and attentive demeanor, immersing guests in the historic ambiance.

Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any requests or concerns promptly.

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate effectively with other team members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operation.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests of all backgrounds and share the restaurant's history.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Positive and energetic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

In-depth knowledge of seafood and beverage options, particularly wine, is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, is a must.
