Bellstand Attendant
-Valid Driver's License Required
-Greet and escort guests to rooms.
-Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
-Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services).
-Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
Bell Captain
-Valid Driver's License Required
-Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
-Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
-Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
-Greet and escort guests to rooms.
-Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.

-Must be able to work a variable schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability
-Must have great customer service skills – all our positions come into contact with guests!
