Custodian buliding Mantenance

Looking for a dependable Building Maintenance / Custodian to preform a number of various tasks

MUST HAVE FLORIDA DRIVERS LICENSE

This position consists of helping cleaning out a warehouse, sorting, disposal of material and the performance of some building maintenance.

You must be flexible on hours worked, this is a very laid back position, requires the ability to think on your own

Be dependable, ability to follow directions, work independently able to lift 35-45 pounds

Able to sort material, store materials, preform small building maintenance

Able to show up on time
