Ground Keeper / Make Ready

We are looking to fill a position in our rental business with a person that can handle general projects like pressure washing, minor exterior painting, wood repair, cleaning gutters, help trash out units to help make them ready for rent. We have 14 different locations in the Pinellas County area. Must have a dependable vehicle to haul needed supplies: paint, ladders, pressure washer and so on. Must have own hand tools. Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties. Must be able to pass drug test and back ground check. This would be a full time position to the right person. Monday thru Friday 8 to 4:30.
