Excavation Laborer

Full time, typical work week Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM, each day varies some. We sometimes work on Saturdays.

Duties: Assisting in grade work and general excavation. Common Tasks include: shoveling, raking, carrying materials, spotting equipment, maintaining equipment (cleaning, greasing, etc.).

Extra details about the job: our work schedule is impacted by the weather, if the ground is wet, we are often unable to work. We typically compensate employees in the event weather heavily impacts working hours.

Must be able to carry 70lbs, physically capable, etc. Don't want weaklings out here.

There are opportunities for advancement. Learning to operate heavy equipment, drive vehicles, etc.

Atmosphere: This is construction, be able to take a joke and work hard. Good group of people who want to do their best and make a living.
