Packaging Company Die Cutting Operator FULL-TIME $21.68/hr 1035 Longford Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460 Performs proper press maintenance and lubrication Performs required to provide a daily quality checklist Keeps daily time and materials usage reports and records information in SAP and PEAK Disassembles machines to perform minor, repair, or replace broken or worn parts, using hand tools Assists temporary employees with understanding task assignments while Reinforcing SQF standards and Graphic Packaging International's core values. Keeps building in clean and orderly condition, to complete the plant-wide painting schedule and to assist in the SQF Audits while maintaining SQF standards. Schedule - Shift start: 7:00AM or 3:00PM or 7:00PM or 11:00PM - Shift length: 12 hours - Days: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS (Union Environment) Unionized plant so flexibility is required. Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 59 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment, meeting production performance indicators. - At least 3 years of previous experience operating die cutting machinery - Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma continuing education preferred - Experience with SAP preferred - Must be available to work all shifts and all days - Experienced in duties of qualified Sheet Fed Cutting Operator, including make-readies and operation. - Experienced on cutting machinery similar or same as Sheet fed cutting equipment such as Iberica, Bobst 142, Bobst 145, Bobst 102 - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded) - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs
