With the goal of enhancing quality and productivity, we are launching a new wood finishing division which creates an opening for a Lead Finisher to manage the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in setting up and organizing the finishing department.

Set up, operate, and maintain all finishing room facilities and equipment.

Supervise assigned staff.

Prepare custom finish samples to match architect’s control samples.

Finish custom moldings, cabinets, paneling, doors, and similar architectural woodwork products.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements including required record keeping.

Position Requirements:

Successful prior wood finishing experience including mixing, color matching, staining and spraying.

Understand correct preparation of hardwoods and veneered panels for finishing.

Ability to understand and interpret detailed shop drawings.
