Production Cook

Biscuit Bitch is hiring a Production Cook

Schedule:

- Work early mornings, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

- Independent working style required, with the ability to share space with others.

What You'll Do:

- Organize and manage food and supplies required to prepare our recipe

- Prepare our exclusive recipe with precision and care

- Utilize commercial kitchen equipment

- Handle heavy items, including 50 lb bags and large pans of hot food, throughout a shift

-Clean and Sanitize equipment, preparation area and kitchenwares at shift-end

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or cafeteria is preferred

- Excellent organizational skills

- Familiarity with large-batch commercial kitchen equipment

- A strong work ethic and the ability to self motivate

- Ability to adapt to various extreme kitchen temperatures

What We Offer:

- Starting pay at $20.76 per hour, plus tip share

- Fully paid bus pass

- Paid time off (PTO)

Must be available to start training no later than March 1st.
