Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assembly Worker II to join our team for a 6-month contract position in Tucson, AZ.

The Assembly Worker II will be responsible for the repetitive manual assembly and packaging of products using simple mechanical equipment and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 2-5 years of relevant, hands-on experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.

IPC Certification in soldering is a must (must be able to perform soldering in compliance with IPC standards).

Strong understanding of assembly processes, equipment, and tools.

Ability to follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
