Job Description:

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian and English to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries

Process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies

Communicate with Russian-speaking vendors and clients as needed

Assist with audits and other financial tasks as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant

Fluency in Russian and English (written & spoken)

Proficiency in accounting software - QuickBooks

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial principles

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience in the food distribution industry is a PLUS
