Pre-Litigation Paralegal Needed

10XLAW is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to become part of our team in our Los Angeles office!

Responsibilities include overall support to attorneys with medical records requests, demand preparation, conflict checks, communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, etc. to efficiently and effectively resolve/settle cases.

The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to proactively solve problems, critical thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a distinct advantage but not required; Paralegal certificate, associate or bachelor's degree, and prior PI experience highly desirable, but not required.
