Kitchen Associate / Dishwasher – Part-Time (Evenings: Fri-Sun)

Fieldwork Brewing Company is looking for a part-time Kitchen Associate / Dishwasher to join our team! This position primarily covers evening shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with some flexibility as needed. If you thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen and enjoy working with a great team, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated individuals to assist with kitchen prep, dishwashing, and overall kitchen operations. This role is crucial to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas

-Assist with basic food prep and ingredient handling

-Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

-Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

-Support the kitchen team with tasks as needed

-Ensure a clean and stocked work environment at all times

-Follow all standard operating procedures and checklists

Qualifications:

-Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings (some flexibility available)

-Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

-Possess or be able to obtain a food handler’s card

-Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Compensation:

$19/hr + tips
