- Windows 10, 11

- Microsoft Office 2019, 2021, Excel, Word, Powerpoint

- Imaging OS / Reinstalling OS

- Backup and recovery

- Software installation and configuration

- Troubleshooting PC/Laptop software and hardware issues

- Printers/Scanner configuration and installation

- WiFi Network configurations

- Troubleshooting network connectivity

- Knowledgeable with Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.

- A+ or Network + a plus
