Position: Store Associate

Compensation: $14-17/hr depending on shift time. (Night shifts pay rate: $17/hr)

Approx hours: 24 hours per week (This includes 1-2 night shifts and around 2-3 day shifts)

Looking for immediate start, UPDATED 2/4/25 (Bradenton residents encouraged to apply as well)

Employment Type: part-time positions available (ability to grow into full time after 3 months)

Right now the shifts for this position will become 10AM-2PM with you returning 7pm-9pm totaling 6 hours per day. These times may be flexible for the right individual. If you are interested in only the night hours, you are also encouraged to apply. If you do not reach between 16-24 hours per week, we will have you work at other nearby Sarasota locations to attain desired hours

Job Summary:

Supermatt is looking for a hard-working, customer-oriented individual to come join our team as a Store Associate. This particular position is aimed at someone looking to grow within one company and have a high degree of ownership over their work space and job requirements. The responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to):

Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store

Assisting customers with any issues as they arise

Extensive and thorough cleaning of the entire store including:

Dryer lint screens

Wiping down washers, benches, and other areas

Dusting

Sweeping

Trash pickup and disposal

Spill maintenance

Bathroom cleaning and maintenance

Mopping

Glass cleaning

Wall scrubbing

Exterior/grounds cleaning/upkeep

Stocking supplies

Communicating all issues with management as needed

Contacting police or other emergency services as needed
